We all know that change is inevitable and that libraries have been in a state of flux since their earliest days. However, library staff and patrons don’t always cope with change well. Stress and anxiety over learning new tasks and procedures can take its toll.

What do library leaders need to do to keep calm in this stormy sea? Cari and Crystal will help you learn in this webinar.

Participants will:

  • Discover their change personality and how to find out the personalities of their staff
  • Learn from past mistakes and find new ways to help themselves and staff cope with change
  • Create their own “checklist for change” to communicate effectively with staff

Tuesday, September 16th, from 10:30 – 11:30 am Eastern
