Level-Up Lab

Personality Theory for Supervisors/Managers

In this lab for supervisors and managers, Melanie Blau McDonald will lead you through the Myers-Briggs personality type indicator. You will learn your personality type and some markers to help you identify someone else's personality type. Then we'll get into the meat of the Lab. You'll come away with tools to help you:
1) Use language easily understood and accepted by others
2) Goal setting techniques understood and accepted by others
3) Evaluation language understood and accepted by others

Join us for this break-through Lab and start seeing better results from your efforts.
