Who should attend?

Any member of your library staff who presents or wants to know more about PowerPoint

Punch up your PowerPoint

PowerPoint has a pretty bad rap as "boring," but PowerPoint is only as good as its user!

We'll explore some features of PowerPoint that will help you create more engaging, visually exciting presentations, while also keeping in mind the principles of good design.

You may use your own device with Office 2013 or better or we can provide laptops with Office 2016.

Level-Up Labs

Level-Up Labs are a chance for you to get some hands-on help to take your tech skills to the next level. We'll meet at SWON's offices here in Blue Ash (though all labs can be presented at your site for your staff or patrons, just contact us for details) and spend up to two hours looking at a tech topic in depth, with time to practice what we've learned.

Level-Up Labs are always FREE for everyone, but space is limited, so register today to reserve your place!

About the Presenter

    Cassondra Vick, MLIS
    SWON's Technology Educator

Cassondra

Cassondra originally hails from Nashville, TN and has worked in public libraries for almost 15 years (and even served as a library page in her high school). She has spent most of her career in Youth Services, having worked in both Young Adult and Children's Services. However, her time studying for her MLIS at the University of Kentucky ignited a passion for library tech, allowing her to turn formerly personal interests into professional ones!

She currently lives in Finneytown with her husband, two spoiled cats and a new, non-pet addition born in February 2016.
