A Win for all Kentuckians

It's been a long fight, but finally the Kentucky Court of Appeals ruled in favor of Kentucky libraries. And as we know, supporting public libraries supports all.

"For over 30 years, without protest or challenge, the library districts created by petition have acted in good faith and conducted their affairs in accordance with the directions of the executive branch, which was charged by law to implement the applicable statutes in question," Appeals Court Judge Jeff Taylor wrote in the opinion. Enough said.
