Twenty Six Teen

2016 is the Year of the Teen

At SWON, we're here for everyone, but we've got a special lineup this year for those of you who work with the YA population. Here's some of what we'll have available for you this year:

Teen Reading Challenge     In the months of February and March, we're welcoming the return of our Teen Reading Challenge. Compete with others to read as many YA books as you can during these two months and WIN. Registration is open, so visit our TRC2016 page for more information and to register today!

Games to Lend     SWON now has educational games to lend. This service is free for Supporting Member Libraries. A great way to connect with teens in your library. Interested? Read more at our Games to Lend page.

Tech to Lend     And, of course, there is our ever-popular Tech to Lend program. You may know about our 3D printer, but we've got lots more that your teens might enjoy such as the 3Doodler, a 3D drawing pen; the Cameo Silhouette, which teens can use to make their own laser-cut designs; and more. We would love to help you generate ideas if you are stumped on how to use this tech! Read more about booking these items at our Tech to Lend page.

Interested in trying something new this summer? Want to win $$ for your library's teens? Try our new Summer Program: SLIP!

Save the Date     Stay tuned for more information here about a Teen Librarian Event in November!
