Arguably, the whole idea of libraries, particularly public libraries, is inherently one of antifragility. Change, uncertainty, and chaos are conditions organizations usually dislike and try to avoid. Yet, in his book Antifragile: Things That Gain from Disorder, Nassim Taleb explains antifragility as the concept that certain things grow stronger with shock and turmoil, as opposed to fragile things, which just break down.

Could your organization be too fragile? And what could it do differently to grow stronger when things seem like their spinning out of control?
