SWON Presents: Roblox 101 


Roblox is an extremely popular online video game with more than 100 million users monthly, most likely you have seen kids playing it in your library. This training will cover the basics of how to play Roblox so you can help library patrons get started. This webinar will also cover how to run a successful Roblox program either in your library or virtually for tweens and teens.

Presenters:

Chas Smith is a Northern Kentucky native that has worked in STEM education for over 10 years.  Chas attended Eastern Kentucky University and received a bachelor's in middle school eductaion with certifications in both science and social science.  After a short career as a middle school teacher, Chas started working in youth services at Kenton County Public Library as a children's programmer with a focus on STEM.  He is now excited about his current position as the Emergent Trends and Technology Educator.

KDLA accepts up to CEU. 

ISL accepts up to 1 LEU/TLEU.
