COVID-19 is presenting unique challenges for employers and their customers trying to maintain business operations amid these fraught times.  Some of these challenges include the State‚Äôs mandatory mask mandate and other state and federal guidelines concerning public health and safety, isolation parameters, and quarantine requirements.  We are pleased to have Jeff Mullins and Nadia Lampton of Taft/Law provide this timely webinar to you on Wednesday, September 16, at 2:00 p.m.

Nadia Lampton represents both public and private sector clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, including workplace harassment and discrimination investigations, FMLA, FLSA, workplace safety and health, OSHA compliance and defense, collective bargaining administration and union disputes, NLRB proceedings, and federal and state court litigation.  Her industry knowledge, strategic business approach, and client-first mentality to identify creative legal solutions and strategies for the most complex labor and employment law matters make her a valuable asset for any company in need of labor and employment law counsel.

Jeff Mullins has spent more than 25 years building a successful practice by providing private and public organizations with creative, practical and proactive advice on how to run a successful operation while complying with a myriad of complex legal requirements. Jeff has substantial experience in counseling, advising and defending organizations on issues concerning the Affordable Care Act, the FLSA, Ohio and federal prevailing wage laws, the ADA and other anti-discrimination laws, sexual harassment, OSHA and workplace violence and bullying.
