Being a coach - helping others develop - is a huge part of leadership. Coaching isn’t just something that specialized professionals do. In fact, some of the most powerful coaching experiences are informal exchanges in the hallways, break rooms, offices, and other places in the course of everyday work. These "coaching conversations"are an important way to turn lived experiences into learning, and anyone can conduct them. Through coaching, you help others become more self-aware. You reinforce strengths and explore challenges. You also help people take responsibility for their own actions and development.
On October 30th, join other coaches from various fields at this free HRDQ-U webinar and examine a 4-step strategy for leading impactful coaching conversations. This 4-step strategy is designed to be effective in many contexts, including performance improvement, career development, specific skill development, and overall team performance. If you want to conduct impactful coaching conversations that motivate, encourage and inspire others to act, then this HRDQ webinar is for you!
