Webinars:

There are no refunds for webinars. All registrants will receive a recorded video archive of the presentation, a CE Certificate, and any other pertinent materials.

Live Events:

A full refund will be available to registrants of live events up to one (1) week prior to the event. After that point, the event ticket can be transferred to another staff member, but a refund will no longer be available.
