SWON supports, empowers, and enriches library staff across the region with shared resources, networking opportunities, and high quality, affordable programming that is responsive to the needs of our community and its members.

• Providing informative and engaging continuing education that is useful and relevant to local library staff.

• Sharing knowledge and resources with and among the library community.

• Building community and removing barriers between all libraries and departments.

• Fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion in our programming and our community.
